FactorFox

Over 130 languages

Language belongs to the person, not the company.

Every person in FactorFox chooses their own language in Preferences, and everyone else keeps theirs. A Spanish speaking client and an English speaking factor share one tenant, the same records and the same evidence, without affecting each other.

In a large organization, the analyst who works best in Spanish turns on Spanish. Credit, collections and the executive team keep working in English. Same instance, same book, nothing translated twice and nothing lost between the person who sent the document and the person who funds it.

How it works

Choosing a language takes one click, and it only changes your screen.

  1. 01

    It starts in your language

On first open, FactorFox follows the language of your phone or browser. Nobody has to configure anything for you.

  2. 02

    Change it in Preferences

Pick any language from the list. Your screens, your briefing and Fox's answers switch for you, and only for you.

  3. 03

    Everyone else keeps theirs

Your colleagues, your clients and your support team each see the platform in the language they chose, on the same records.

The languages

Over 130 languages. Ten listed first.

The list in Preferences opens with the ten our customers use most. After English, each of the nine carries a reviewed financial glossary, so the terms of this business translate the way an operator would write them. Arabic reads right to left.

Beyond the first ten, the list runs past 130 languages, from Afrikaans to Zulu, and every one of them is chosen the same way: by the person, in Preferences.

Why it matters

This business has never run in one language. Now the software does not have to either.

Factors in Latin America run their books in Spanish and Portuguese. Factors in the United States fund carriers, dispatchers and small businesses whose owners think in Spanish. Canadian factors work in French and English in the same week. Until now the software forced one language on all of them, and the cost showed up as phone calls, translated emails and mistakes nobody could trace.

FactorFox removes that cost at the person. The client sends documents and asks Fox questions in their language. Your staff work in theirs. Support answers in the language the person chose. One operating system, one financial record, and everyone reads it in their own language.

One invoice, two languages

Daniela, client, Español: Factura en revisión. Falta la confirmación del deudor.

Mark, credit officer, English: Invoice in review. Debtor verification is outstanding.

The same record, read by two people. Names are fictional.

What never changes

Language changes the words on the screen. It never changes your book.

Your customers' values stay exact

Legal names, invoice numbers, amounts, currency codes and references are never sent for translation and never changed.

Financial terms are reviewed

Each of the nine glossary languages carries reviewed terms. A translation that drops one is refused, so an advance rate is always an advance rate.

Wrong never passes as right

Anything that fails review stays in English, where a reviewer sees it. A wrong word that reads as right is the one mistake we will not ship.

Product names are protected

FactorFox, Fox and the names of our products stay as they are in every language.

Nothing below the screen moves

No calculation, permission, audit record, query or stored value is touched by a language choice.

Fox speaks your language

Fox answers each person in the language they chose, from the same records and within the same permissions.

Straight answers

What operators ask about languages

If I switch to Spanish, does anyone else's screen change?

No. The language belongs to the person who chose it. Your colleagues keep theirs, your clients keep theirs, and the records you all work on are the same records.

Who chooses the language: the factor or the user?

Each user, in Preferences. On first open FactorFox follows the language of the person's phone or browser, and anyone can change their own language at any time. Staff, clients and support all choose the same way.

Are our client names, invoice numbers and amounts translated?

Never. A legal name, an invoice number, an amount, a currency code or a reference is a customer value, and customer values are never sent for translation and never changed. Only FactorFox's own words change language.

How do you stop a financial term from being translated wrong?

Each of the nine languages we list first after English carries a reviewed financial glossary. A translation that does not carry the reviewed term is refused, so an advance rate is always an advance rate. Product names such as FactorFox and Fox are protected the same way. Anything that fails review stays in English, because a visible English word is safer than a wrong one that reads as right.

Does Fox answer in my language?

Yes. Fox answers each person in the language they chose, from the same records and under the same permissions as everyone else.

Does a language change affect calculations or the audit trail?

No. Language changes what a person reads. It never touches a calculation, a permission, an audit record, a query or a stored value.
