FactorFox Returns to Founder Robert Vasquez in Strategic Acquisition to Launch Next Gen Specialty Finance Network
Orlando, FL · · EIN Presswire
The founder who launched FactorFox in 2002 reacquired the company, with its Latin American affiliate iProveedor, to build a connected specialty finance network.
Roberto Vasquez, who launched FactorFox in 2002 as the first cloud platform built for factoring companies, reacquired the company. The acquisition also brought back iProveedor, the Latin American supplier platform for purchasing, invoicing, factoring, confirming and tax documents.
The release set out the plan: FactorFox as the flagship platform of FactorEvo Group Holdings, alongside FactorEvo for transportation and specialty finance and Trucker Copilot for drivers and carriers, with lenders, operators and capital providers connected on one network.
It also set the roadmap that followed: transportation factoring, invoice receivables purchasing, asset based lending, purchase order funding and reverse factoring, with the first modules scheduled from July 2025.
“I built FactorFox to lead.”
