FactorFox Introduces an AI Native Operating System Built for the Next Era of Specialty Finance

FactorFox introduced the next generation of its platform: an AI native operating system for factoring companies, asset based lenders and purchase order funders, built on more than twenty years of serving the industry.

The platform reads an executed client factoring agreement and configures the fee schedule and discount terms, keeping a link to the clause behind each value. It monitors the covenants a factor records and flags a trend, such as a concentration still inside its limit but moving toward a breach, before it becomes one. Every user receives a briefing for their role, with the records, the policy and the confidence behind each item.

The platform can stop money on its own, but only authorized people can release it, with four eyes review by default and no one approving their own release. It is model agnostic, so the right model handles each job and can be replaced without replacing the system, and it runs on a double entry general ledger from which client statements are produced. Existing customers began moving to the new environment, and new organizations could deploy directly.
